Separate cancellation policy for digital products / subscriptions
I agree to the execution of the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period. I am aware that my right of cancellation expires when the contract begins to be executed.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
Purchase of digital content on a non-physical data carrier (e.g. streaming, download, etc.) - The cancellation period begins upon conclusion of the contract, Section 356 Paragraph 2 No. 2 BGB
According to Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB), an entrepreneur can allow the right of withdrawal to expire when selling content on non-physical data carriers if the entrepreneur has started to execute the contract after the consumer:
1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur may begin the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
2. has confirmed his knowledge that by giving his consent he loses his right of withdrawal as soon as the contract begins to be performed.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content not stored on a physical data carrier if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin to execute the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you will lose your right of withdrawal when the contract begins to be executed.
